Councillor Neil McEvoy
Position : Local Councillor
Born in Cardiff in 1970, McEvoy was a key member of the Fairwater Boys side which contested five League Championship campaigns in the eighties and reaching five cup finals. Co-founder of Hannon Wanderers and played alongside Caresimo in the side which ultimately reached the Premiership in the nineties, Still plays senior football in the Cardiff & District League for local side Highcroft. His bulldog approach won him many admirers within the game. Has lost none of his enthusiasm for the game and continues to serve and support the club in every capacity. In his professional role, McEvoy combines his school teaching of foreign languages with his council duties as he is Councillor for the Riverside area of Cardiff. He is also very influential in promoting youth activity within the Riverside area of Cardiff.


Mal McEvoy
Position : Head Coach
Convinced to come out of retirement to head the coaching staff at the club, McEvoy's coaching credential need no introduction. Extremely experienced in the game and is well respected by his peers. Posses football knowledge which is the envy of all football coaches at junior level. Led Fairawter Boys to within a whisker of the junior championships in the eighties, finishing runners-up on five occasions in both league and cup competitions. Reads the game like poetry and his changes having already paid divedends. Fairwater were in a rut before McEvoy took over and masterminded a revolution at the club.


Vito Valluzzi
Position : Treasurer & Coach
Valluzzi was born in San Mauro Forte Italy 12/7/52. He possess the qualities usually associated with Italian Football. Founder of the Cars, he has been instrumental in getting the project off the ground. His entry into the Grangetown Tournament was the beginning of the legacy. Works tirelessly for the club in every department especially as the club's honourable Treasurer. Excellent planner of tactics in training, his strength lies in his assertiveness in dealing with difficult situations. Typically fiery Italian who shows his passion no end during matchdays. A vital member of the club 'family'. Away from football, he has many skills. As well as a CD Technician, he is an qualified electrician and able mechanic. Holds an FAW Football Leaders Award.


Mauro Caresimo
Position : Secretary & Manager
Born in Cardiff in June 1970 and from Italian origins, Caresimo is a former Hannon Wanderers founder/player which played in the Lazarou Sunday League during the eighties. He was also a Cardiff City FC trialist way back in 1987. Became a key figure in schoolboy football when playing for Bishop of Llandaff. A burning ambition to coach youngsters was realised when he was asked to coach the Cars, then known as the Wanderers, in an annual five-a-side tournament held at The Marl in Grangetown Cardiff. He guided them to the tournament's semi-final which convinced current coaches in the tournament that he should enter his side into the Cardiff & District Junior League.Holds an FAW Football Leaders Award. In his professional career, Caresimo is a Systems Developer for Cardiff based web development company and team sponsers, Sequence Collective Ltd.
